The Business Ethics is seen in terms of the different factors which seem to be the most important aspects of Business ethics is the human Beings and the ethics related to their area. Bullying is seen in terms of different angles of its effect on the human being who is getting bullied. The person getting bullied can be hurt physically mentally or both. There are several factors which seem to affecting the aspects of the workplace, one of them is specifically the way a person is treated in the workplace while working in the work space. In workspace bullying is a case where we see that many rumours are spread about a person and the person is intimidated.
